What if my shipment is lost in transit?
This rarely happens, but if it does and you’ve already paid, we’ll send you a replacement for free within 22 to 28 days. The tracking record must show that the item is lost. If tracking shows delivered and the package was stolen from a mailbox or doorstep, Denver Jackets won’t be responsible.

Do you offer gift wrapping for your products, if required?
Denver Jackets understands their novelty as gifts. However, gift wrapping is not available.
Can I make changes to my confirmed order?
Changes are possible within 12 hours of placing an order. After that, the order is sent for processing and changes may not be possible once it is confirmed.
Can a jacket be exchanged once I receive it?
Exchange is allowed within 30 days if the item is returned in original packaging, in good condition, and with official tags. For USA residents, returns are accepted only through USPS courier service.
